Father, Son, and the Beach.
The short film “Father, Son, and the Beach” explores the relationship between a single father and his son.
“Ting-wei also throw a handful of sand at his father, who, as if attacked with Kame Hame Ha, covers his chest and falls back in slow motion. This made Ting-wei chuckle.”
“On the mountains at dusk, the sun is slowly falling in the west. The laughters of the father and son fill the air.”

The sounds and the waves constitute the overall vision, with the white spaces and the physical space merging into the imagery of the beach, demonstrating the protagonists’ expectations and fantasies for the beach.
Focusing on the protagonists’ interactions, the image brings out the images of laughter/wave that links smoothly to the ending.
